As i working in a camera shop we get training on products it can be a bit of a drag apart from one time when it was good we had a photographer Jake Hicks (http://jakehicksphotography.com) give on training on Bowens studio lights but it was different as he has shown us different ways to position the lights this was great.
Hicks started off using one light and explained why he used a beauty dish or soft box, also the reason he has the light in that position and then once he knows what thats doing Hicks added an other and then another.
