Last Minute Shoot Request

Last night I received a text from my friend asking to take photos for him.
As I had to write my essay I was a bit hesitant to say yes, I enquired what they are for. He replied with "Need some photos of some packaging for a friend that's in hospital he needs to submit tomorrow but cant because he's in hospital". I couldn't say no!!!
This is my first collaboration and an honour that my photos mean so much that the guy could submit.

I asked for reference images so I can get an idea of what they wanted as I have never done any Packaging images before!
I was sent these

Look fairly straight forward white backdrop, soft box and reflector would get similar to these.
I hardly see the light table being used so using that would work, and create different images to these but as long as my friend say they're perfect for his friend.

I contacted Mike the photography technician to hopefully get the light table.
   Perfect!!!!
The only issues we encountered on the was the Pink and Yellow was getting washed out by the flash in some shots because they were too close to the flash so we had to move the flash around to light them with fall off or swap them with the darker browns
Below is the lighting set up, originally we had a soft box on the bottom light but the light was too contained it didn't spread enough, so i chose to bare bulb. I also put a soft box over on the left to get defused light across the subjects.

We alternated between different shots making sure we have, single shots, group shot, and a mix of different compositions with different colour yoghurt lids

After I captured the images my friend went off to retouch them and add composite them together.
Here is the Ad board for the work.
