Scott graduated from NUA 5 years ago studying photography before my course leader took ever.
it was interesting to see what work Scott was producing end of his third year and how far he has come to be where is is now.
To me his food photography was very appealing it wasn't the low contrast heavenly crap I have seen about.
Scott food looked dirty (in a good sense), contrasting tones, sharp, well loved, wasn't fragile, they looked full of flavour.
Seeing Scotts images wasn't good before lunch
