It's obvious thats retouchers need to to be the best they can, Im starting to learn more and more the most recent of which is mending/applying make up.
I was told be Benjamin Von Wong to look at Phlearn to learn retouching, Phlearn is hosted by Aaron Nace a professional retoucher teaching basic level retouching to professional level.
I found a tutorial on there for creating a eye make up brush and applying the make up to the subjects eye in photoshop. (additionally Nace provides a free download to the bushing in the description which makes following the tutorial much easier).
My results for the tutorial is as follow.

(I quality of the image is much better)
Things still need to be cleaned up like the hair, where the eye makeup on the right is coving some hair but i can layer mask that out.
I have also learnt frequentcey seperation from Phlearn and Aaron Nace.
